How to Use the Tupado Rotisserie Oven

Before starting the machine, make sure all cable connections are connected correctly.

The following are the steps to run the engine unit:

Turn on the main power, namely MCB 3 Phase, by pressing the button upwards (ON)
Turn on the power heater by pressing the button upwards (ON)
Turn on the light by pressing the light switch downwards (ON)
Set the desired temperature by pressing the arrow on the temperature controller. (from the factory the temperature is set at 145vC)
Set the engine rotation speed with the Speed Controller (Clockwise to speed up the rotation and vice versa to reduce speed
When finished (OFF condition) position the system back to its original position (main power, heater, lights, reset timer to the OFF position).

Use of timers:

The timer is used as a reminder of product cooking time
Set the timer as desired. (e.g. 60 minutes) by turning clockwise
When the desired time has been reached, the buzzer (alarm) will sound
Turn off the alarm by pressing the timer reset button downwards. (the timer will count again from the beginning after being reset).
